PORTHCAWL YOGA CLASSES

I offer a range of yoga and meditation classes based in Bridgend, South Wales. My classes are suitable for all abilities, offering pose variations from beginners to more advanced levels, with a focus on bringing the body and energy systems back to balance to improve mental health and wellbeing.

 

My main aim is to help people enhance their mental health and overall wellbeing, which is why I offer a variety of opportunities to work together, from group classes to personalised programs, so everyone can find a path that suits their needs.
