Service Description
An uplifting hour of yoga by the sea and a zen start to your Sunday with a community of likeminded people! For this class, you will need to bring your own mat or towel and even though we pray for sunshine, bring layers to keep warm as classes are a mixture of movement and stillness. As we live in Wales, we can't always guarantee the weather, so if a class is cancelled due to poor weather, all bookings will be moved to the following week. It is your responsibility to contact us with at least 48 hours notice of the new class time if you can't make it and need to reschedule. PLEASE NOTE: Beach Yoga is at a new location this year! We will now be based on Trecco Bay in collaboration with Coney Surf Beach Cafe.

Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled yoga class - An added fee will be charged to individuals who cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to attend (no-shows) To support a calm, focused start to each session, doors open 10 minutes before class and close exactly at the scheduled start time. Please allow plenty of time for parking, settling in, and getting ready. Once the class begins, late entry is not permitted, and latecomers will not be able to access the studio. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. Thank you for valuing my time and allowing the opportunity for others to enjoy the class.
