An evening designed to open your heart and quiet your mind. If you're curious about the power of plant medicine, this is for you! Lucy is hosting a special introduction to cacao ceremony, where you'll sip ceremonial-grade cacao to ground your energy and invite in clarity, followed by gentle movement, meditation and option for reflection in circle.

Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled yoga class - An added fee will be charged to individuals who cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to attend (no-shows) To support a calm, focused start to each session, doors open 10 minutes before class and close exactly at the scheduled start time. Please allow plenty of time for parking, settling in, and getting ready. Once the class begins, late entry is not permitted, and latecomers will not be able to access the studio. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. Thank you for valuing my time and allowing the opportunity for others to enjoy the class.
