To enhance your comfort, i encourage you to bring a blanket, pillow, or anything cozy to create your own peaceful space. Whether you're seeking stress relief, clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, this is your time to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled yoga class - An added fee will be charged to individuals who cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to attend (no-shows) I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.
