This 20-minute call is a relaxed, friendly conversation where we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and arrange our weekly sessions to support your mental health and wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy

- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled yoga class - An added fee will be charged to individuals who cancel within 12 hours of the class or fail to attend (no-shows) I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. Thank you for valuing my time and allowing the opportunity for others to join the class.
