My name is Liv, and I discovered yoga during one of the hardest times in my life—far from home, homesick, and struggling with my mental health. My first weekly class felt like a small step, but it quickly became my anchor. Yoga helped me feel stronger, calmer, and more connected to myself, and it soon became part of my daily life.
During lockdown, I turned to meditation to quiet my restless mind, earning a mindfulness meditation certificate and finally finding some long-awaited peace, especially as someone later diagnosed with ADHD. These practices transformed my life, helping me navigate challenges with more resilience and balance.
Along the way, I also discovered the profound healing effects of sound, which led me to train in sound healing therapy. Coupled with my training in counseling, I’ve deepened my understanding of how to support others emotionally and mentally through these practices.
In 2022, I completed my RYT200 yoga teacher training to share the healing, clarity, and strength I’ve found with others. If you're feeling overwhelmed, lacking clarity or direction, or searching for a way to reconnect with yourself, I'd love to support you on your journey.
